Re: Ethernet connection super slow 09-07-2019 20:41 - edited 09-07-2019 20:43 Anecdotal evidence on this forum suggests that the Hub 3 can be picky with some Cat5e cables resulting in slower speeds, so I'd suggest Cat6 or higher cable. After clicking OK, tried to send a file over the LAN network. Transfer speed started very slow, but it was gradually picking up speed. Decided to restart the computer and try to send that file again and this time it worked like a charm. Now that sending of files worked as it should, also checked speed for receiving files.

Jan 03, 2019 · The remote connection to both pcs were working great until yesterday. Now the connection to the HP pc using the Dell laptop is so slow, I can't use it. When it first connects it hangs on a black screen for ages, then shows the desktop, but does not respond to the mouse clicks, or does so so slowly.
